My experience with Dr Tam was excellent- 5 star for sure. The big challenge was that I had to wait for too long. My apt was for 930. I arrived 10-15 mins early. I was told the apt would only last as long as I needed to speak to the doc, like 20 mins. That's what I planned for. I had to wait 30 mins after the nurse checked my vitals for Dr Tam to see me so that meant my apt started at 10am and I finished closer to 1030. Next time I need to understand the timings better so I can plan my day, meetings and calls.
