We Welcome Adrienn Myers-Woods and Arlette Suarez, Our New Nurse Practitioners

Adrienn and Arlette

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) plays a vital role in healthcare today. NPs have become the provider of choice for millions of Americans. NPs have the clinical knowledge and experience to diagnose and treat health conditions. As fully certified and licensed heathcare professionals, they can order, perform, and interpret diagnostics tests; prescribe medications and treatments; counsel and educate patients; and manage patients' overall healthcare.

We are proud to announce the addition of Adrienn Myers-Woods, WHNP-BC, and Arlette Suarez, WHNP-BC, Board certified and licensed Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, to our medical staff at All for Women Healthcare. They both bring their medical expertise, knowledge, and a wonderful bedside manner to all our patients.

Biography: Arlette Suarez

Arlette Suarez, MS, WHNP-BC is a licensed and Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Miami, Florida. Arlette earned a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Columbia University in New York then went on to graduate from Columbia with a Masters of Science degree in Women’s Health.

Arlette has been practicing as a Women’s Health NP since 2014, providing bilingual care for women across the reproductive lifespan, adolescence to menopause. She is committed to evidence-based, respectful, client-centered care and strives to work alongside her patients to find personalized solutions.

From a young age Arlette was drawn to healthcare and specifically the issues affecting women, that interest was reinforced during her OBGYN rotation in nursing school. Her time working with laboring and postpartum women inspired her to train and volunteer as a full-spectrum doula in New York City, providing meaningful support for women during different stages of their reproductive life. It was also during this time that she found a passion for sexual and reproductive health, specifically teaching women about their contraceptive options.

At home Arlette has a consistent yoga practice, which these days includes her toddler, and she loves to incorporate her Latin heritage in her life as much as she can with language, music, and food.

Biography: Adrienn Myers-Woods

Adrienn Myers-Woods, WHNP-BC is an advanced practice nurse at All for Women Healthcare. She graduated from Vanderbilt University as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2016.

Her experience includes: fertility and IVF treatment, birth control management, sexual health concerns for men and women, and routine gynecologic care. She also served in the Army Reserves for seven years as a Medical-Surgical Nurse. She loves the opportunity to provide thorough patient education, and treats every exam room as a judgment-free zone.

In her free time she enjoys trail and road running. Her favorite race thus far was the Bataan Memorial Death March in White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and chasing around her toddler with the help of her pug-mix Josie.
